Early Career Support
The CEN School SICSS is dedicated to the comprehensive qualification and development of early career scientists, including master's, doctoral, and postdoctoral researchers. Their research spans all earth system and climate-related natural and social sciences.
A structured doctoral program with core components such as the advisory panel system, along with a dedicated career development program for postdocs and senior researchers, is at the heart of the CEN School. Guidelines for the career development of postdocs and senior researchers constitute crucial structural elements within CLICCS on the path to shaping the profile of the next generation of scientists.
