About the Convent
The CLICCS Convent is one of the new central elements of our cluster of excellence. It aims at building the community by pushing forward the synthesis, relevance, as well as inter- and transdisciplinary exchange of our research. Each Convent will focus on a particular cross-cutting theme or a salient subject of current political debate. Depending on the topic, it will take different formats, such as traditional presentations, discussion panels, or workshops, producing specific output that advances our CLICCS research progress. The Convent will take place monthly on Thursdays, 15:15h during the semester. While the Convent is targeted particularly to the CLICCS community, the target audience may reach beyond the borders of our cluster.
